This is an amazing group of human beings From the minute I met Warren I knew this was the gym for me Every person in this gym has been supportive and treated me like family. They take time to work through my physical disabilities to make sure I find a way to compete with able bodied individuals.

My steps son goes there and he loves it he yrs old and Ive even noticed his change in behavior and him always bragging about wanting to go back and their prices for the classes are great. Definitely thinking about signing my daughter up for it when she gets a little older Ive heard so much good things about this place

This is a nice dojo. They offer a one week free trial for any of their classes. Today was my first day and I did the kickboxing workout. It was great. Got an awesome sweat and had fun. Good instructor who was having a good time with it. I will be back
