Wish I could give a zero. I left the gym due to moving across country months ago and they are still charging me even though I sent in my form to discontinue with the gym months ago. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ive called and emailed multiple times and they are still charging me. Be careful.

Ive been coming to this gym since I moved to Hermitage in . I have no complaints. I love that its open hours to members since I come in really late often. The staff is friendly, and Austin is a staff member that interested customers will really enjoy meeting if they join.

Clean and well maintained. I dont like the idea of having to sign a contract, but there are limited options in the Hermitage area. I had to pay for canceling before the contract was up. I only used it for months.
