Nice gym. Excellent staff. Gets a little crowded after pm and you need to avoid times when the big fellas reserve equipment but times its an allaround great gym

Im visiting from Chattanooga for the weekend and wanted to get a quick workout in, this YMCA was incredibly clean and beautiful. Equipment is top of the line and the layout of the gym is great.

This place is great. The lockers on built in and only require you set a personal passcode. I appreciate they spaced all equipment feet apart and they encourage everyone to clean the machines and equipment after using them. Thank you for the safety measures.

What a great facility Definitely one of the best gyms in Memphis. With cycling, yoga and other HIIT workouts, it offers a lot of variety in addition to all of the normal equipment youd expect to have.

My Schilling Farm location was my GoTo gym until I moved in the Midtown area which will now be my new location to work. It sure would be extra nice if this location had a Dry Sauna andor a Steam Room. Another good suggestion would be More

This is a really excellent YMCA. The workout equipment is topoftheline. If theres inclement weather in the winter they probably will open late. Overall I was very impressed by how nice and well kept this YMCA is.
