Just started going here, good atmosphere, lots of equipment, well maintained, little tight for a big fella like me but the selection of equipment more then makes up for it. This will be my go to for my weight loss journey.

My son has been a member for over years now. He has gotten me into weight training now too. This gym is , with online only registration. It is small but seems to have all the equipment needed for all levels. My son likes the mompop feel and I appreciate the small area would get lost in a fancier, larger facility.
