I have been to quite a few gyms in Murfreesboro and I want to say Avalon Athletic has become my favorite. Friendly, welcoming staff, great exercize classes for many ages, and plenty of machines and free weights. I am glad to have found them.

Great facility Thoroughly enjoyed my Day Pass as an out of town visitor. Friendly and helpful staff with a quick tour. This club has everything you need for a great workout. I highly recommend this place Coolest part was Cardio Theater

I had high hopes. Theyve been destroyed. The place is a dump. Dirty locker rooms, rusty equipment, no ac in parts of the gym, ripped seats on equipment. The video workout room still closed, no renovation in sight. They were going to make it awesome. Quite the opposite. This place is crummy. Stay away.
