Orange theory fitness is a community The workouts are intense and fun. From before I entered the studio for the first time the staff was welcoming and helped prepare me for my first class. I love the intensity of the workouts and the support of the staff.

My personality is not one to do weight training at home. So I love that in an hour time period, I get both cardio and weight training led by fabulous instructors. I leave feeling stronger As with anything, it is not perfect but I am truly thankful that it is apart of my workout routine.
