Our studio is proud to serve the Spring Hill, TN community. At Pure Barre our classes are designed to strengthen and tone your entire body using small, isometric movements. Our teachers provide modifications for any fitness level to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. We also offer an array of athleisure wear in our boutique to keep you working out in style.

A membership at a Pure Barre facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all Pure Barre facilities and gyms.
