Bonnie is the best trainer Ive ever had she is more than patient with us old ladies and gents with arthritis the pool is so warm and feels wonderful but Bonnie puts us through our paces you will definitely know you have had a workout

Great place. Elsas classes are great and very challenging The seniors strength class is very good while the chair yoga is soothing. Really nice place to workout.

The staff is always helpful, but those guys are usually on duty at the time I am able to go. Never an issue with Cleanliness and everything works, which is very rare in the fitness industry
