If you are told you can cancel your membership anytime and over the phone when you sign up then honor it when the time comes. In person or online form and have to mail in is not something that everyone has the time to do. Especially when your gym is miles from me.

I switch to LA Fitness a couple weeks ago and I really really like the place. Big spacious with plenty of equipment and everything works its a very clean environment and the staff is very helpful
