If you want a quick workout that doesnt require a lot of equipment, this is the place for you. The front desk is hit or miss, not super friendly, but Im not too bothered by that. My only complaint is that people sweat all over the machines leave them filthy, which isnt the gyms fault but definitely can deter a workout.

I have visited several of their stories. All of them are the same and best price. Anyone can afford a month for good health. My insurance pays for mine through Silver Snickers. I can tell a difference in my waist and belly after walking normal pace minutes after only a couple weeks or times a week. Great variety of machines.
