Excellent hardcore gym. No AC, not many mirrors, just a bunch of great equipment that looks like its been used every single day. This is not for casual people looking to get some cardio.

This is a great gym to get away from the overcrowding of a typical gym. The people here are super friendly and helpful that it doesnt matter if youre a pro or a first timer, youre sure to fit right in.
