This company has a ridiculous cancellation policy. They require days notice and require that you do it in person. If you cannot go in during hours when someone is there you cant cancel.

Ive enjoyed it here since my very first visit to see what it was about. I love that theyve adapted to current Covid protocols by only having one person per room. I think this location is full of kind, positive people from staff to workout guests and I feel safe at the Coppell location even during the darker hours.
