Burn Fitness. The classes are varied all muscle groups are addressed. Good balance of cardio and strength. The instructors are motivating positive. Easy to schedule classes. Class schedules are online or app easy to sign up for. All ages and levels you put in more you definitely will feel the burn.

I love this gym I always drop in when I visit Dallas. The vibe is fun yet hardworking and the trainers are really encouraging and keep us motivated.

I chose a because the class was High pace,The instructor was encouraging and corrected my form. She also explained the benefits of each exercise . She also had knowledge that it was my second class and to go at my own pace but also pushed me out my comfort zone.

BURN has been an awesome center to keep in rotation for me The facility is clean, the staff is so friendly, and the workouts are awesome. I burn pun intended more calories in these workouts than anything Ive ever done previously. More

Awesome workout I hadnt done a workout like that in a long while and I missed it. I loved how simple it was to follow the format. And I appreciated having an instructor there to push me, while not being too pushy if that makes sense. And I burned almost calories which was great. Cant wait to go back

David was really motivating, positive and energetic. I had a lot of fun, got a solid and challenging workout and a great sweat without complicated movements. If I lived locally, I would most likely call Burn my fitness home days a week. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I hope to be back in the next few months
