Old school gym, first time there while on a work detail. They accept Blue cross for the fitness your way or tivity.

Very nice gym. The owner is very nice and takes care of you. A very nice place to workout. And is hr too. You definitely will not be disappointed. They will let you test drive the place for free for one day. Yeah Baby

Great gym with no highpressure sales and no contracts. Paid cash and did not have to use a credit card or link to a bank account. Great equipment in a very clean place. Very friendly personnel and nice people who workout here.

The Gym is a great place to get in a workout. After going to Planet Fitness for last year, it was wonderful to finally get in a good workout without worrying about setting off some stupid alarm.
