I really like the atmosphere in this gym, it has a variety of equipment and its pretty clean The staff is always friendly and I have enjoyed almost a year being here and exercising with a personal trainer to help me stay on track.

The gym is kinda small compared to your typical Planet Fitness ones. But its perfect because its not always full, and there are usually weights and machines available.

Transferred over from EP Fitness Resler and Im so happy I did. This place is clean, egos are left outside, people are friendly and people actually rerack their weights. My only regret is not getting a membership at this gym sooner. I love AF
