The gym is a nonprofit organization that serves those with physical challenges. This is not just a place where people with disabilities can build stregnth, but a community that offers comradery and social interaction. It is the only gym of this type in the metroplex.

Perfect environment for first time gym goers. Staff is awesome and its really nice to be able to tan and get a massage after a good workout.

Yeah, theyre a great group. Shelby is awesome at encouraging and guiding you through the process of establishing a workout and helping with the machines. They have a new updated facility that is really open and greatNice job Guys
