I love going to Spenga Even with having the ability to workout on my own at home I love the community of it. Spenga pushes you mentally and physically It is definitely you vs you I love that I have definitely increased my strength and mobility This is for EVERYONE Come try if you havent already

I took a class with Lexi and she claims it was only her th time teaching and never taught anywhere else before. I couldnt believe it. She kept us movin and grooving during spin. Then, she had us pumped for strength and demo with perfect form. It was good to get in some stretches during yoga. I absolutely will take her class again

Great owners who care about their clients, and a wonderful workout with spin, strength and yoga. The program is so much easier on my joints than others and still allows me to get my heart rate up high. Really enjoy the instructors and atmosphere

We had our first experience with SPENGA today...what a fantastic workout If Im getting up for a am class, it better be good and worthwhile. This class kicked our butts the hubs was there too, but we loved every minute of it. Im already looking forward to tomorrows class
