Gym Club manager does not value nor care about retaining long time members. He is dismissive of keeping them as members and really could not care less if they left. You are not valued here youre just another number. Wayyyyy too expensive for them to have that attitude.

Gym has been closed two days in a row. Neighboring gyms like lifetime and equinox have never closed even on the toughest snow days. Todays closure was not okay. I train days a week and this hinders my workout schedule. More
