I workout at the Frisco on Preston dr location, generally early morning. Great vibe, staff is friendly and they keep the place very clean. I go days a week and I just turned . Helps to keep me young.

Very clean club with great equipment. I love the minute circuit, but this clubs setup is a little strange all the leg machines are in a row. Other clubs have them interspersed with the upper body machines. I dont use the circuit here, for that reason.

Ive always struggled with going to the gym being a big dude with lots of fat and minimal muscle. I only joined Planet Fitness because it was the cheapest option, but Im so glad that I did. The front desk staff always say hey and the gyms is very well kept. Thank you, PFit for making my healthy choices easier
