This is without a doubt one of the best AF around North Texas. The gym is always clean, the equipment full of necessary machines for any type of workout and the owner is always greeting everyone with great attitude. Definitely a experience.

This gym is great. Corey does a great job keeping it clean which I greatly appreciate. The equipment is maintained in excellent shape and Corey has regularly added new equipment since I joined a couple of years ago bars, squat rack, benches, cardio equipment, glute machine. Couldnt ask for anything more.
