This gym has friendly staff and courteous patrons. No ego lifters locking down multiple machines. They have enough equipment where you dont have to wait around to get your sets in as well. Going to the gym has become something I look forward to.

Clean facilities. great atmosphere and staff is always cleaning Shaun the front office manager is friendly and very helpful. Jessica is also very motivated and proactive in getting people to improve their fitness goals. They do a good job of keeping you motivated without being too pushy about signing up for extras.
