Has an old school feel to it which is why I like it. Its a family driven gym. Some equipment seems old but that adds to its throwback gym feeling. Plenty of equipment to choose from.

Been going here for about a year and a half now and the owners are great. They have a good amount of weigh machines to choose from. Everything is a little older but works great. Weight is weight and they have plenty of it. They also have an upstairs weight room for the ladies.
