Thieves go to the gym. My lock was broken off of the locker and my wallet was stolen during the busiest part of the day and yet no one saw anything and the staff was even less helpful Except for the guy at the front desk who at least helped me look for it. Found my broken lock in the trashcan and nothing else.

I have never been to a gym that is so out dated nothing works the mens sauna doesnt work. Every time I call to see when it will be repaired no one has any idea. The staff is rude. The gyms are nasty and not cleaned. Hot tub has tile falling off the walls. Save your money people. It is not worth it.

Overall, I use the LA Fitness pool, hot tub, and sauna the most as I really enjoy lap swimming but the other two are added extras. Staff are nice and facilities are generally clean. I think there could be better cleaning especially given the volume of people who use this facility. Other than that, I have no complaints.
