This is a outstanding facility the employee are very helpful, and they maintain their facility very clean, to include the sauna, and showers. Plenty of free weights and benches to do your work out, including weight machines, and cardio More

Very good gym with a nice blend of free weights and cardio equipment. Not a great gym for crossfit style exercisers probably better off sticking with the Applied Fitness Center. Gets extremely crowded during PT hours, immediately after More

I like this gym a lot. Friendly staff, good equipment, big weight room area. My only complaint... I know people like to be cool while they work out but it is seriously freezing in this gym Even my minute cardio workout wasnt enough to warm me up.

Great place to work out first thing in the morning. Be sure to get there , at you can forget it because you will be bombarded with soliders needing to do their morning pt. For the most part this gym is usually pretty quite.

Only the pool is open. The person that was supervising the pool area said they had trouble finding help ,and some new employees.

Weird hours of operation. Always news on the tv, like it is a YMCA gym, no music, no wifi. Pretty decent equipment though, always clean.P.S. They make you wear a mask... literally no mask mandate in the whole TX state.. just go to the gym off post for month and have a good time.
