Very awesome facility Great staff and equipment to get your self going again or to continue your journey. They even have a place for the kids to get their indoor work out in too I definitely recommend this facility for you and the family.

Great place to get a workout in. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Doesnt have the feel of a big corporate gym that dont care about customers but not so small where you feel like there isnt enough attention to the facility. You know the staff has a passion for being fit by their actions and how they communicate.

I liked the facility, the coach, and the format of the class. My kids wanted to try soccer but we didnt have time to join the recreational league. Instead, they started learning indoor soccer as an afternoon school extracurricular activity. So far so good
