Dont go here not only are the hours short on the weekends who the f closes at on a Saturday they dont give refunds

Been coming here for almost two years and its honestly been a great environment to train hard. Its also empty most of the time which is a plus

Its a great place it doesnt get packed like other places .... I got to work out with out waiting to use a machine. What I really liked about it was that it was very clean and they are very friendly with everybody.... I strongly recommend it...

Nice Gym, but many people are either not wearing a mask or not covering both nose and mouth. I only wish staff were more strict with enforcing masks. Covid is super active in laredo at the moment.
