Bar none the best gym in Laredo. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You will achieve whatever fitness goals you set for yourself with the help of their excellent equipment, personal trainers and a variety of different training programs they offer. No other gym in Laredo comes close

This gym has it all. Weights, cardio equipment, clean facilities, large aerobic movement room with lots of mirrors, cycling. A huge plus is that it has its own juice bar for protein shakes and healthy juice drinks. Any NPC member with a valid membership can come to gym for free to workout if youre in town.

I was cheated out of a discount because paramedics dont count as first responders. Then when it came time to cancel, their newer staff misinformed me about the process. Guys even if its a great gym with friendly staff be wary and know that even when youve done everything right, it can be troublesome to get the right information.
