The only thing I might suggest is having someone thoroughly clean the sauna pod weekly with a little brush that can reach into the little side crevices. Ill do it if you pay me I know what to buy.

Very large gym. Plenty of exercising equipment. Sanitizing stations everywhere and signs placed to ensure social distancing. Very clean and polished appearance. Very kind and knowledgeable staff

I canceled my year membership and worked in several states and they always let my son use the massage machine except in this gym and we always arrive at am when there are no people now I will be a crunch member the man was very rude to my son Yes I am paid black card

My favorite place to workout in Longview. Clean gym, open hours and really enjoy the atmosphere here. I dont feel that the gym is ever too crowded. I started out with their free day pass to test the gym and signed up soon afterwards.

Nice spot. It never seems to be too crowded in here. I dont personally like the Purple and Yellow colors at all, but the gym is kept clean. They also could use some heavy weights dumbbells only go to lbs, they do not have a Squat Rack More
