A great gym with a rehab focus. Very knowledgeable trainers, good rehab equipment in addition to the standard gym stuff. Has a physical therapy office inside the gym, and a physical therapy transition program. The underwater treadmills are a good and gentle way to rehab an injury. They also have a hot tub.

This isnt your normal gym. Its a therapy gym. Its very clean with well maintained equipment. The staff are the best Its a very professionally ran gym. I plan on staying for ever. I highly recommend The Wellness center of Lubbock to everyone

I have never been treated so poorly as I was in this gym. The manager was rude to me on more than one occasion. I tried to ignore her but she continued to go out of her way to make rude comments and be hateful. I hate this because all of the other staff and members were amazing.
