This is an awesome group of folks to train withvery knowledgeable in many disciplines. Family oriented but theyre also competitive. Highly recommended for someone wanting to learn to fight mma, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, learn some self defense, or just to get fit. Theres something for everyone.
