Squeaky clean place to workout. Lots of different equipment to use. Owners are friendly and knowledgeable. Super big on supporting veterans and first responders. Plenty of parking spots too.

This was exactly what I was looking for in a Cross Fit gym. Coaches are very knowledgeable, they will meet you where you are and push you to do your very best. Gym members are motivating and the gym as a whole has a positive atmosphere. For someone who has done Cross Fit for several years this is by far one of the best gyms.

This place has been wonderful I was needing something to kick my workouts up a notch and they have provided it. The people here are so welcoming and Im so glad I decided to become part of their CrossFit family.

CrossFit Midlothian is awesome. I tried CrossFit before but I did not feel welcomed. CrossFit Midlothian is welcoming and its always an amazing workout. Not only do they welcome new people and teach they make you feel like family. I leave every time feeling accomplished.

Excellent gym Atmosphere is amazing, positive vibes everyday. Will def be hanging around for a while. Losing lbs per week. Coaches are great and continually push you to be a better version of yourself than you were when you walked in that day. Signing up has been one of the best decisions Ive ever made.
