Love the environment here. We are able to work out without issues of others holding units for themselves. I do wish the dry sauna was bigger

I love the staff, vibes, and gym as a whole Im an early bird so its great to have a gym that opens early. Embody Fitness is a clean facility with a great assortment of equipment that you would expect the larger gyms to have
