The coach a ready good at watching to make sure you are doing all moves correctly and modifying for people who have injuries.... bad knees or backs

Love this gym. On a family vacation for the weekend and dropped in with my wife and we had a great time. Loved the gym. And the coach was super nice Going to always drop into here whenever we come by.

I have been soo pleased with SS. Great people. Great Coaches. There is a real family vibe here. I have been to some crossfit gyms where you could cut the arrogance in the air with a knife. They never down on other gyms or the athletes More
