Great workout environment. Ryan is an awesome motivator and keeps the class moving. Being older had not stopped me from fitting in and keeping up with the other participants.

Overall its a great place to work out for the price. Plenty of equipment. I appreciate when the staff makes everyone abide by the rules. Most of the time they are give attention to making sure people follow the posted rules.
