I started at this gym as one of Coach Eds first students. I had learned to box at other gyms before but Coach Ed has helped guide me to have better hands but also have a better work ethic. Even if you are a beginner Coach Ed and Coach Rick make it easy to learn and also give you a great workout. Highly recommend it.
