Love this place Absolutely an amazing gym to work out at The members are very supportive. The owner has a dog who stays there during the day so if you do not like dogs, dont even bother coming in. Great for building strongmen and powerlifters

This place is great. A hardcore training gym but extremely friendly and supportive environment and one of the only places where you can find a full assortment of powerlifting AND strongman equipment

Hands down one of the best allaround gyms in the DFW area. Strongman, Powerlifting, Bodybuidling, etc. All are welcome and you dont have to worry about judgement. Every member I have come across is willing to help if needed. Hardcore familystyle atmosphere.

This is a wonderful gym, hardcore but still a gym that you could visit daily Friendly and family atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, great location, and a huge variety of equipment to choose from. I definitely will visit again next time Im in town

This gym is NOT for everyone, but its definitely my type of gym. If youre a powerlifter this is the perfect gym. I love the atmosphere. People dont come in to look cute, they come to work The music is blasting along with the clanging of the iron weights. I think I found a new home gym.
