Its a clean cheap workout space thats very affordable. I opted for the membership that includes perks such as hydromassages , tanning , and bringing in a friend.

The monthly turns into and then days later another payment then on May st another fee of ...so really its to sign up. Stop telling fibs PF nothing is really ..teenagers at desk have bad attitudes on Fredericksburg. Equipment and cleanliness is ok

the gym has every machine imaginable to use. also free weights and resistance ropes. they have trainers and classes. massage chairs tanning etc the staff is very friendly and inviting

So far the staff has been friendly. A little busy early in the week but not terrible. Feel very comfortable coming here. Safe place for my teen to work out.

All the staff is great a super improvement from a year or so ago. Breanna the manager is super helpful and I love it there. I am also a senior yo next week and I used to hate to go to this gym but it iswas the closest to me. I am glad to have given it another chance well worth it
