I was an LTF member and was given a chance to try out their spa with my LT Bucks. Me thinks I shouldve used it on PT instead. I noticed many OSHA violations such as the dark pedi room, not much ventilation, the lack of personal protection More

We have had sessions. At first glance some workouts are a little bit intimidating but the instructors do a really good job explaining the exercises and offering modifications so you can build up endurance and strength little by little. The staff is friendly and patient. Good equipment. The place is neat
