ZQ Fitness has the best Zumba instructors around. Ive been coming months and loss a total of lbs. You definitely need to give it a try. Zumba first, then head next door to Rapid Nutrition for an Herbalife shake. Dre and Justin will hook you up. I My Zumba Herbalife family
