La fitness Missouri city just went through an upgrade.. visit site for pictures.. I walked in and felt like I just lost lbs.. I mean you will definitely want to work out.

Really nice gym for the money. They keep the place pretty clean, but sometimes the machines will stay broken for quite a while.

Overall a nice gym but there is a couple regulars here who are extremely rude, creepy to women, and aggressive. Particularly one old guy on steroids who constantly goes around telling everyone what theyre doing wrong.

Its a nice gym but dont waist your time dealing with the personal trainers. They clearly dont know what they are talking about. Quite frankly they can be kind of rude.

Pretty good, just update some of the equipment. Its been the same old equipment for a long time and some of the weights and machines are slightly rusted. Also, the bathrooms smell like chlorine and chemicals but thats only when youre near them.

Great staff, and excellent service. The kids club worker in the morning is so helpful and excellent with my kids. Kaitlyn, the sales manager is honest and helpful, and our tour by the OM Kirby was very informative. My only problem us they had some cardio machines in disrepair.
