I go here for the hot tub and sauna for my back. The staff is always kind and the facility is clean. They have handicap parking. It is a great place for the family. They offer daycare services and have a pool that is open during the summer. The hot tub is indoors in the locker room as is the sauna. I highly recommend this place.

I paid in advance for sessions with a personal trainer. The trainer had to cancel the sessions because of his daytime job. They never refunded my money. Its been plenty of time. I cant believe they did this.

Initially I was very interested because they had a swimming pool and I thought I could come in early and get some laps in. However, the pool is only open for a few months and it isnt open in the early mornings. This was a big disappointment and so I was no longer interested.
