Here at Fitness Pros the main focus is fitness personal training. With a fully equipped gym we offer oneonone and small group personal training to encourage accountability, provide motivation, and guidance to decrease chance of injury and increase exercise knowledge. We also understand here at Fitness Pros that in order to make fitness goals a priority you have to make time for it. That is why we will do our very best to accommodate and be available when you are available. Everything is by appointment only and that is to provide the accountability. We also offer ONLINE PROGRAMS Work with a trainer that will build your workouts, explain how to perform each one, and make recommendations on how many sets and reps to perform LETS GO

My wife and I enjoyed training here with Alex and Bonnie when we lived in Texarkana. Workouts are intense and the accountability definitely helps. If you train here at least twice a week then theres no need to pay for a membership at any other gym.
