I enjoyed the class I attended. The heat wasnt unbearable but added a challenge to the practice and the instructor kept a reasonable pace that both beginners and advanced practitioners left with a great workout.

An amazing group of yogis, beautiful studio. The classes are designed to meet every yogi where they are at. No matter what your style or level there is a class for you. You will leave feeling like you belong and are part of a new family. If you havent been check it out.

I absolutely love Texarkana Yoga and all of the classes they offer. The hot yoga and warm yoga classes are my favorite. Everyone is supportive of where you are at in your yoga practice, and they encourage you to keep going.
