Great place to workout, atmosphere and staff is great very friendly all of them compete professionally. Very clean and organized, super safe. Glad to have a gym like this in the local area if you havent tried it yet, you should.

Staff are nice, fellow gym goers are considerate, and the facilities are kept clean both by staff and by gym goers with towels and sanitizing spray provided. Plenty of equipment whether you prefer free weights or machines. No fancy extras like a pool, saunas, locker rooms or showers. For mo, it suits my needs perfectly.
