The best workout studio in the woodlands. Hands down. The staff is friendly, inviting, and incredibly helpful. The classes are small enough to where you get individual attention. The instructors are encouraging and kind. Its clean, pleasant, and Ive already seen changes in my body. Every one of my muscle groups is sore today

Im new to this studio but tried a cycling and trampoline class both with Sofia They were both incredible. Love that the cycling classes uses a ball like in barre on the handle for doing pushups. Such a fun, unique idea Cant wait to go to more classes at Mtiv when Im in the area.
