More people sitting on equipment talking or on their phones than there were people working out. This was addressed with front staff but there were so many people doing it, it would be difficult to correct without a consistent gym etiquette education.

Plenty of equipment, space, knowledgeable personal trainers, and clean entertainment. Also has a sauna, child care, and a variety of group classes. Positive gym environment people come here to work and it shows. Best gym Ive ever joined. Cant beat the price and its open hrs.

We have both been to and worked at Crunch elsewhere. They did this one right. We were so overwhelmed with the sheer space. All the machines we ever would need are here. The staff is super friendly. Phenomenal place for a fantastic price.

It used to be fun, now its just over crowded. I miss the original night crew. They were so much nicer and comfortable to be around. Now it just feels like p.e. in highschool...if you were the kid that had social anxiety and nobody would talk to you and if they did it was only to help improve their college applications.

I live in a major city where Crunch is my main gym. I visit Tyler a few times a year. The Tyler location is better equipped, easier to move around in, and better managed than my home location. I find the group workouts to be well designed and well facilitated, and the front desk staff to be extremely professional and helpful.
