I was a bit intimidated to join a gym knowing that I am completely out of shape and would likely die in the classes. Went anyways. The people were very welcoming. Whitney helped correct my form, pushed us to work harder. Left feeling great. Definitely recommend this place

I love the classes and the childcare is so great for those of you bringing little ones. They always have the same girls in with the kids which is great. Also very clean.
