Worked out at gyms in Texas and Louisiana, this one has the best crossfit staff. Also its the best deal around for what you get.

Very nice place but a little over priced Guess you get what you pay for though. Overpriced because not all the facilities are working most of the time. Usually one of the suana are not functioning correctly or something else is wrong with equipment.

Impressive huge selection of machines, two separate free weights areas, indoor and outdoor tracks, large pool with lap swim available at all times, hot tubs. A pleasure to work out in.
