Great facility, plenty of space, weight and equipment. Capable of holding a large amount of people. Friendly owner, and coaches who are passionate about that they do. Fun environment and programming. Highly recommend.

They say it only takes one try to become addicted, and they were right. Ive never felt so comfortable and welcomed at a gym. The coaches are sincere and also very educated. Has become my favourite thing to do, and easily my favourite place to do it.
