Kemp Fitness LLC is a full service personal training business where you truly get personal training. All of our sessions are specifically designed for you and your goals and desired outcomes. We stay on track with your weight, strength, andor nutrition goals to continually assess, adjust, obtain those desires you are working with a personal trainer to achieve. Working with cardivascularHIITbody weightfree weightsworkout machinesbandsballs, etc., we use a little bit of everything to reach and exceed your training goals. No workout is ever the same and they are always challenging you mind and body. You will always leave my sessions feeling stronger and accomplished.

I love the one on one experience. Suzanne is so fun and encouraging. She has the best workouts planned and really pushes you to do your best. Whether it is to use the next weight up or do extra reps, I always feel I am getting a great workout.
